Ingredients
- 2 cups of quick oats
- 1 handful of pecans
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 handful of white mulberries (dried fruits) by PURELLA
- 5 dried dates
- 6 dried apricots
- 6 dried plums
- 1 grated apple
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 3 tbsp of RAW COCOA by PURELLA
- 2 tbsp of GOJI BERRIES by PURELLA
- 2 tbsp of honey
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- a pinch of HIMALAYAN SALT by PURELLA
Preparation
- Pecan and walnuts coarsely chop and mix with flakes. Add salt and cinnamon.
- Mix grated apple with coconut oil (it should have a liquid consistency)
- For nut flakes, pour in the oil with grated apple, then add honey
- Line a baking sheet with paper. Distribute the mass of flakes evenly on it
- Put the grams for 20-25 minutes in the oven preheated to 190 degrees. Several times during baking mix the flakes so that they evenly roasted
- Cut the dried fruit into small cubes
- Cool the baked granola, add chopped dried fruit, cocoa, goji and mulberry
- Store in an airtight container
