Ingredients

  • 2 cups of quick oats 
  • 1 handful of pecans 
  • 1 handful of walnuts 
  • 1 handful of white mulberries (dried fruits) by PURELLA 
  • 5 dried dates 
  • 6 dried apricots 
  • 6 dried plums 
  • 1 grated apple 
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil 
  • 3 tbsp of RAW COCOA by PURELLA 
  • 2 tbsp of GOJI BERRIES by PURELLA 
  • 2 tbsp of honey 
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • a pinch of HIMALAYAN SALT by PURELLA

Preparation

  1. Pecan and walnuts coarsely chop and mix with flakes. Add salt and cinnamon.
  2. Mix grated apple with coconut oil (it should have a liquid consistency)
  3. For nut flakes, pour in the oil with grated apple, then add honey
  4. Line a baking sheet with paper. Distribute the mass of flakes evenly on it
  5. Put the grams for 20-25 minutes in the oven preheated to 190 degrees. Several times during baking mix the flakes so that they evenly roasted
  6. Cut the dried fruit into small cubes
  7. Cool the baked granola, add chopped dried fruit, cocoa, goji and mulberry
  8. Store in an airtight container
